FROM Skin to Smile: Enhancing Oral & Personal Care with Silica

The full-day session, themed “From Skin to Smile – Making Oral and Personal Care Better with the Power of Silica,” focused on oral care in the morning and personal care applications in the afternoon, highlighting silica’s multifunctional benefits in modern formulations.

The event opened with welcome remarks by K. Supaporn, General Manager of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Vietnam, followed by in-depth presentations led by Mr. Paiput Ratnapradipa, SEAANZ Technical Service Manager from Evonik with support from Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients Regional Personal Care Lab team.

The agenda featured key sessions on:

• Ingredient and Formulation Guidance
• Evonik Silica for Personal Care
• Hands-on Formulation of massage oil gels
• Interactive Engagement

Thanks to strong collaboration between the regional lab team, the Evonik technical expert, and the Personal Care sales team, technical content was effectively delivered in both English and Vietnamese, ensuring attendees fully understood the formulation know-how. 

Participants also took part in mini games and interactive Q&A, which created a lively and engaging atmosphere. A hands-on formulation session gave customers the chance to experience silica technology first-hand — turning theoretical knowledge into practical application.
