Developed by our Food Innovation Lab, this concept is designed to elevate the classic donut with a multi-texture eating experience — crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside — making every bite more exciting and indulgent.
Perfectly timed for the month of love, this prototype brings comfort, texture contrast, and playful indulgence together in one irresistible bakery concept.
What Makes Crispy Milk Donut Special?
Crispy Milk Donut is all about texture differentiation. By combining specialty modified starches designed for donut dough and batter systems, we’ve created a donut that delivers:
• A soft, chewy interior with controlled expansion
• A light, crispy outer layer that holds its crunch
• A balanced mouthfeel that remains enjoyable bite after bite
