Our Regional Coating & Innovation Center
Our Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients’ Regional Coating Innovation Center is a state-of-the-art research facility dedicated to solving the problems you face in manufacturing high-quality products. At the RCIC we create new concepts, panels, samples, and product prototypes weekly, all in efforts to bring clients the best possible product. We understand that testing and paint preparation are key to developing new and revolutionary concepts and products. Consistency and accuracy are of paramount importance. That is why our laboratory only uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment.

Beyond world-class equipment, our Regional Coating Innovation Center is also committed to ensuring the right environmental, health, and safety standards. Chemicals and contaminated waste are disposed of properly, and air emission standards are always met. Also, all of our staff have access to the required personal protection equipment, and the building is outfitted with fire protection equipment, an explosion-proof room for chemical storage, emergency stations, and a 24-hour CCTV security system.

JebChem 1009M AQ – Mineral Oil Defoamer
JebChem 1009M AQ is a mineral oil defoamer, composed of mineral oil, metallic soap, silica, polyether and dispersant. JebChem 1009M AQ does not contain organopolysiloxane
Suitable for Water-based Coatings and Printing Inks. It has defoaming, anti-crater and pigment wetting properties.
JebChem 5440 – Gemini Surfactant
JebChem 5440 is a Gemini Surfactant with excellent substrate wetting properties (especially dynamic wetting properties).
Suitable for Water-based Coatings and Printing Inks. It has defoaming, anti-crater and pigment wetting properties.
JebChem 8740 AQ – Dispersing Agent
JebChem 8740 AQ is a Polymeric Dispersant for organic pigments in water-based coatings. It reduces mill base viscosity for better dispersion and allows high pigment loading. It is suitable for making water-based binder free pigment pastes and inks.
JebChem 2040 – Antifoam for Epoxy Flooring
JebChem 2040 is a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon silicone-free anti-foam and is designed for paint and coating applications. Has good chemically stability (heat, oxidation, etc.) and is soluble in various non-polar solvents.
JebChem 3333 – Polyether-Modified Polydimethylsiloxane
JebChem 3333 is a polyether modified polysiloxane for solvent-free, solvent-borne and aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesive systems.
JebChem 7412 – Silica Matting Agent for TPA Solvent-based Industrial Coatings
JebChem 7412 matting agent is a high-performance silica developed for a variety of applications in Paint & Coating.
