Malt’n Roll: A Closer Look
Malt’n Roll combines traditional cake roll craftsmanship with innovative ingredients, ABExtramalt ILB10 and N-Dulge 333, to improve taste and texture. ABExtramalt ILB10, a malt extract powder, adds a rich malt flavor and ensures the roll remains moist. N-Dulge 333 enhances the cake’s structure and prolongs freshness by reducing texture retrogradation. This approach reflects our ongoing effort to refine food ingredients, aiming to offer products that not only meet but exceed the expectations of bakers and consumers seeking quality and consistency.
