Malt Butterscotch Candy is a bespoke culinary creation, offering an unparalleled smooth, rich, and creamy sensation. This prototype achieves its distinctive taste and texture through the strategic use of key ingredients: ABExtramalt ILB10 adds a deep malt richness and character, EPIVAL 26 Plus introduces a subtle, milky taste as a whole milk powder replacer, FiorioNat Crystal White PN353WHITE ensures a visually appealing whiteness without relying on Titanium Dioxide, and STERNFINE 100N enhances the overall texture by improving emulsion stability and dispersion. Together, these components craft a butterscotch candy that is not only delightful in flavor but also exceptional in quality, making each piece a memorable indulgence.
