The Art of Texture & Efficacy

On 13 November 2025, Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam hosted a highly anticipated seminar titled “The Art of Texture & Efficacy”, in collaboration with Innovacos, at the Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha.

Originally planned for 35 participants, the event exceeded expectations with over 50 attendees, highlighting strong industry interest in advanced formulation technologies and performance-driven personal care solutions.

A Deep Dive into Texture, Sensory Design & Efficacy

The full-day programme was led by Dr. Niccolò, Operations Manager at Innovacos, who delivered an in-depth exploration of:

Polyglycerol Technology and next-generation emulsifiers
Formulience concepts for texture, stability, and sensorial refinement
Active ingredient innovations for skincare and haircare performance
Ingredient applications across water-based and oil-based systems designed to deliver smooth, elegant aesthetics

To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, the sessions were expertly translated into Vietnamese by Ms. Huyen Trang and Mr. Trung Pham from the Jebsen & Jessen Vietnam team.

Hands-On Interaction & Customer Engagement

Throughout the seminar, guests had the opportunity to engage directly with product concepts and learn how Innovacos technologies can elevate formulation design. The atmosphere remained interactive and knowledge-focused, with many attendees expressing interest in future collaboration and product testing.

The event concluded with a mini game challenge, awarding small gifts to the top 10 fastest participants, a lively and well-received closing to an already dynamic seminar.
